We offer free delivery throughout Warsaw.
Delivery outside Warsaw is available upon request. Please contact our manager to confirm availability, timing, and delivery cost.
Our standard delivery hours are 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
All standard deliveries are made within a 2-hour delivery window.
If you require:

Please make sure the delivery address and recipient’s phone number are correct.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will contact them or the sender to arrange the best possible solution.
You may change or cancel your order until the courier has departed for delivery.
After the courier has left, cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
During holidays and high-demand periods (such as Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas), delivery times may be extended.
We recommend placing your order in advance whenever possible.
