We deliver throughout Warsaw and nearby suburbs. If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery area, please contact us for clarification.
2. Delivery Time
- Delivery is available daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- You can select a specific delivery time during the order process. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

4. Delivery Conditions

Address and contact information: Please ensure that you provide an accurate address and contact phone number for the courier. Incorrect information may result in delivery delays.

Order receipt: Please ensure that the recipient is present at the specified delivery time. If the recipient is not available, the courier will contact you for further instructions.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes: You can change the order details until the courier departs. To do so, please contact our customer support.

Order cancellations: You can cancel your order until the courier departs. In case of late cancellation, a fee of 50% of the order value will be charged.
6. Damages and Claims
- If your order arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a refund.
7. Holidays and Peak Periods
During holidays and peak periods (e.g., Valentine's Day, March 8th, etc.), delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
